✦ GENERAL
˖ File Format: Final files are provided as 300 DPI PNGs (watermarked and unwatermarked). Custom canvas sizes are available upon request.
˖ Boundaries: I can refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the project.
˖ Rates: NSFW rates are different from my regular commissions, so please check them out before filling out the form!✦ REVISIONS
˖ Major revisions are accepted only during the sketching stage.
˖ Up to 3 revisions are allowed in total. After sketch approval, only minor revisions are allowed.
˖ Additional fees may be applied if the commission becomes too complex.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
˖ Deadlines: I do not work with client-set deadlines. However, I will aim to complete your commission within 2 months allowing room for new slots.
˖ Workload Management: To prevent burnout, please note that I reserve the right to create and post art outside of commissions.✦ PAYMENT
˖ Upfront payment is required.
˖ Downpayment: 50% of the price is needed to begin the sketch. The remaining balance must be paid before rendering.
✦ USE
˖ Artwork may be used on any of the client’s accounts for non-profit purposes only.
˖ Can be made into merch of your own but only strictly non-profit.
˖ Commercial Use of the artwork will incur an additional charge of +300% of the total commission price.✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
˖ No feeding to AI, No use for NFT
˖ I retain the right to use your commission for self-promotion, portfolios, social media.✦ REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable.✦ FINAL AGREEMENT

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the order process work?1. Fill out the order form via Google Forms. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email after I’ve reviewed your information.
2. After we both agree on the details, I will quote the final price, and an invoice will be sent to you.
3. Once payment is received, I will begin the sketch. Major revisions can still be made at this stage.
4. I’ll proceed with lining and coloring, and will send you progress screenshots for feedback. Major revisions are no longer accepted at this point, unless you're willing to pay an additional fee.
5. The final high-res piece will be sent via Google Drive.What is the standard canvas size?
✦ I typically work at 8.5 x 11 inches (RGB, 300 DPI), but I may adjust the size based on the specific mood of the piece. Let me know if you need a custom canvas size when placing your order!Can I request a rush order or set a deadline?
